* Mandatory basic computer & system knowledge.
* Customer-friendly and presentable.
* Ability to handle job cards and service documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Welcome and assist Service Centre customers.
* Job Card Preparation.
* System/Data Entry.
* Follow up on service status & vehicle delivery.
* Ensure a smooth customer experience.
