ABOUT US
Local All Natural Soda is an Aizawl-based beverage brand crafted using locally sourced ingredients from Mizoram and the wider Northeast region. We are growing steadily and looking for a dependable, organized Project Manager to help bring structure and momentum to our day-to-day operations as we scale production, expand our product line, and grow our presence in local and regional markets.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee key business operations — from production scheduling and supply chain coordination to new product launches and distribution expansion. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role suited to someone who enjoys keeping multiple moving parts on track in a small, fast-growing local business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Plan, schedule, and track production runs to ensure consistent supply and on-time delivery.
•Coordinate with local farmers, suppliers, and vendors to source natural ingredients and packaging materials.
•Oversee quality control processes to ensure every batch meets the brand’s natural, no-additive standards.
•Manage timelines and budgets for ongoing projects, including new flavor launches and packaging updates.
•Coordinate distribution and logistics with local retailers, distributors, and delivery partners across Aizawl and surrounding areas.
•Support hiring, training, and day-to-day coordination of production and operations staff.
•Track inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods, flagging shortages or delays early.
•Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports for the founder/leadership team.
•Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to production and operations workflows.
•Assist with planning for market expansion, including new outlets, events, and regional distribution opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•2–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar coordination role, preferably in FMCG, food and beverage, or a small-business setting.
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
•Comfortable working directly with vendors, suppliers, and local partners.
•Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
•Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and everyday productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel/Google Sheets).
•Fluency in Mizo and English; Hindi is an advantage.
•Has Two Wheeler and willingness to travel locally to suppliers, vendors, and retail partners as needed.
