KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. Career-centric Candidate Enrollment
Enrollment of career centric youth candidates from Lunglei, Lawngtlai, Hnahthial & Saiha
2. B2B Business Tie-Ups
Candidate exchange tie-ups with other Skills Training based NGOs.
3. End-to-End Center Operations
Mobilization, Verification, Enrollment, Documentation, Training – Monitoring, Placement Drive, Assessment, Placement, Post-Placement Follow-Up, Data Data Management, Branding & Success
Success Stories – along with general Vendor Management, Expense Monitoring etc.
4. Brand Value Marketing
Placing the brand in the community appropriately

Salary : 30,000/-per month
