Mode of Engagement:
Chief Executive Officer : Contract basis for an initial period of 3 years.

Qualification :
Chief Executive Officer :
Master degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or Engineering.
Programme Manager :
Master degree in Business Administration or Commerce or Economics or Social Work.
I.T. & Communications Associate :
Bachelor Degree in Computer Application or any Degree from a recognised University with Diploma in Computer Application.
Peon :
High School Leaving Certificate.
